Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cup fresh methi


  • 1 cup gram flour


  • 1/4 cup chopped green garlic


  • 2 to 3 chopped green chili


  • 2 tsp Salt to taste


  • 1 tsp fruit salt


  • 1 tsp garam Masala


  • 1 tsp daniya (dry)


  • 1 cup Oil

Directions

  • Soak methi for 20 minutes
  • Take a mixing bowl add methi , gram flour , green garlic , green chili and salt
  • Mix well Add water and make a batter for pakoda make a thick batter ad a dropping consestancy
  • Add garam Masala And dhaniya(dry)
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Add 1 tsp hot oil in batter of pakoda mix well
  • And drop 1 tbsp of batter in hot oil for pakoda
  • Fry till golden brown
  • Serve with green chatney
